Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Excellent service and communications throughout the process. Technical was efficient, quiet and clean. Initially the sofas felt too stiff, compared to how we remembered it (before needing repair), but after a few weeks it settled in nicely. Well worth the cost of repair and gives sofas we've enjoyed for 15 years(!) a new lease of life. Feels like we could get another 15 out of it! Well worth the money if you're on the fence on this.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Fantastic service, great value. After being ripped off with another Company who charged a call out fee and then wanted a ridiculous price for the actual repair I contacted Sofa Repairs Guys. From first contact a brilliant experience. Prompt first appointment but could not complete the repair through no fault of theirs. When the new part arrived with them they cam back to complete the repair on a Saturday! Highly recommend, very professional and exceptional value for money.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We purchased a second hand Timothy Ulton sofa back in 2024. Was in desperate needs of some TLC. After consulting with Mark we decided to stain the leather in a darker shade to hide the imperfections. Cannot express how much of a difference this made. A year on we invited the team back to re-hydrate the sofa, removing the surface scratches caused by our pup. Without a doubt the team are professional, efficient and love leather, they are also the nicest people to deal with! Highly recommend

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A couple of broken springs in the settee so looked online for someone to come and fix it. After reading the comments on Sofa Repair Guys I enquired and Mark came the next day. A genuinely really nice guy who fixed my sofa which looks and feels like new again. So impressed with his work I thought I'd come on here to recommend to anyone who is looking online for sofa repairs like I was. Thank you Mark
